ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED provides hosting services, VPS servers, dedicated servers, domain registration, and various digital infrastructure solutions designed for both individuals and businesses. By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the security, content, data, and all activity conducted within your hosted environment. You agree that the stability, performance, and lawful usage of your service depend on how you manage your files, applications, and users. By continuing to use our services, you confirm that you accept all terms and conditions described in this document.
ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED shall provide its Services to you (“the Customer”) under the terms and conditions of this ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED Customer Agreement. This Agreement is designed to uphold the integrity of both ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED and the Customer, ensuring that both parties are protected from potential liabilities. This Service Agreement is enforced to maintain the speed, power, performance, and overall reliability of our services. Together with the Order Form and any other documents or agreements explicitly referenced in this Agreement, the Customer Agreement forms the complete and binding understanding between ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED and the Customer, making it the primary governing document of the business relationship. Should any provision of this Agreement be deemed invalid, unenforceable, or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The Customer may be represented by: an individual who is at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into agreements; or a legal entity, such as a corporation, limited liability company, or other organization recognized under applicable laws. If an individual is acting on behalf of the Customer, that representative must be legally authorized to accept, execute, and deliver this Agreement in the Customer’s name. You acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided “AS-IS”, and ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED assumes no responsibility for delays, deletion of data, failure to deliver communications, or inability to store any Customer communication or personalization settings.
Using any product or service from ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of your services and refrain from accessing any part of our platform. Your continued use of our website, servers, and tools constitutes full acceptance of this agreement.
From time to time, ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED may need to adjust its pricing in response to market conditions, supplier cost increases, or other factors that impact our business operations. In the event of any pricing changes, we will provide notice to all affected customers. These adjustments may apply to hosting services, domain services, hardware-related services, or any other products or services offered by ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED.
ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED offers a wide range of hosting solutions including shared hosting, virtual private servers, dedicated servers, domain registration, server addons, and optional management services. All services are subject to availability, datacenter conditions, and technical limitations. We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, discontinue, or replace any service or feature at any time if required for performance, security, regulation changes, or operational needs.
Some of our hosting plans include unmetered disk space, bandwidth, or other resources. “Unmetered” does not mean unlimited. It means usage without strict numerical caps as long as it does not negatively impact the server environment. Excessive usage, resource abuse, or hosting activities that degrade server performance may result in temporary limits, throttling, or suspension. ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED holds the authority to determine what constitutes fair or abusive usage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Hostie is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
By using our services, you agree not to host illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content. This includes but is not limited to pirated files, copyrighted media, malware, hacking tools, phishing pages, or any material that violates national or international law. You also agree not to run scripts or applications that overload, harm, or exploit server infrastructure. Any activity that threatens the security or stability of our network may result in the immediate termination of your service without warning or refund.
ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED reserves the right to discontinue providing services to both new and existing customers at any time. Should this occur, we will notify all affected customers via email and provide available options for transferring or migrating their services to comparable alternatives.
Certain automated background processes, such as Cron Jobs, may operate continuously on ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED servers. Depending on the system resources consumed or maintenance involved, these processes may incur additional fees. However, ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED generally aims to avoid extra charges by offering CronTab functionality within the hosting control panel. Optional Services Provided by ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED Optional tools and services offered by ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED — including, but not limited to, website builders, mailing list tools, and other value-added features — are provided WITHOUT WARRANTY and WITH NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS. All such services are offered strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, and ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED expressly disclaims all implied warranties. ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED, including its employees, management, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of information, content, or services provided. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, as well as damages resulting from service interruption, suspension, or termination.
Although we implement internal backup systems,ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED does not guarantee full or regular backups for your hosted environment. Customers are entirely responsible for maintaining their own off-server backups. We are not liable for any data loss caused by hardware failure, user error, software malfunction, cyberattacks, or accidental deletion. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure, back up, and safeguard their data at all times.
ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED provides all hosting services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties or representations regarding the performance, reliability, or suitability of its services. ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED assumes no responsibility for connectivity issues or service interruptions that may affect the Customer’s hosting environment while using services provided by ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED.
All content hosted on ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED servers must comply with the requirements outlined in these Terms of Service. Hosted content may not include illegal material or any content deemed inappropriate or harmful. Customers with questions regarding acceptable content should contact an ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED representative for clarification. If any ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED service is used for illegal activities, including sending SPAM or Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), the associated account will be terminated immediately. We will notify you via phone, mail, or email with documentation of the violation. In cases where large volumes of SPAM originate from a customer account, a fee of £1.50 per 1,000 SPAM emails may be charged to cover administrative and mitigation costs.
Any attempt to use ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED hardware or software to illegally access another server, network, or system is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate suspension or termination of service.
ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED manages chargeback and dispute procedures through major payment processors and financial networks. By purchasing any ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED service, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which may be used as evidence in the event of a chargeback or dispute. If a chargeback is initiated on previously accepted terms, ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED will provide this agreement as proof of authorization. Any misuse of chargebacks, including fraudulent or unjustified disputes, may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
If a customer has a legitimate and acceptable reason for requesting a refund and follows the required procedures, ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED will process the refund promptly. Once a refund is issued, the associated hosting account will be immediately suspended. Refunds are processed through the same payment method and authorization details used for the original order.
Customers are billed according to the pricing and fee structure in effect at the time of their initial signup. ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED reserves the right to adjust package prices and included features when necessary to maintain service quality and operational standards. As a result, current pricing or features may differ from those included in the customer’s original plan.
As a condition of using ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED services, you agree not to use any ILHAMServers Limited service for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited by these Terms & Conditions. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED systems, customer accounts, networks, or infrastructure through hacking, password mining, or any other intrusive methods. You are prohibited from attempting to obtain materials or information through any means not intentionally provided or made available by ILHAMServers Limited.
ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED reserves the right to disclose any information it considers necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, governmental requests, or legal processes. The company also retains full discretion to edit, restrict, refuse, or remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, if such content violates our policies or legal obligations.
ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED services may only be used for lawful purposes. Any attempt to misuse, exploit, or operate our servers in violation of legal standards or company rules will result in immediate denial or termination of service. This includes the hosting, distribution, transmission, or storage of child sexual abuse material or any form of child pornography, which is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, the hosting or promotion of terrorism-related content, extremist activity, or any material supporting or facilitating terrorism is strictly prohibited. Hosting or operating illegal gambling services, including unlicensed betting platforms or gaming operations in restricted jurisdictions, is also not permitted.
Additionally, ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED does not allow the use of its servers for the transmission of copyrighted material without authorization, for threatening or obscene content, or for material protected by trade secrets used unlawfully. ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED reviews all service orders and reserves the right to refuse service to any party that does not comply with these standards. The company’s servers cannot be used for the propagation, storage, distribution, processing, or handling of any illegal, obscene, offensive, or otherwise impermissible material as determined by ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of services and may also result in legal action where applicable.
ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED reserves the right to refuse or deny any order at its sole discretion, with or without explanation. Additionally, ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED may terminate this agreement, either temporarily or permanently, if a customer fails to make required payments or violates any part of these Terms & Conditions. In such circumstances, the customer will be considered a debtor to ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED and may be held responsible for reasonable interest charges, collection fees, and any additional costs incurred in recovering the outstanding balance.
Any form of abusive, hostile, or inappropriate behavior toward ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED employees will not be tolerated. Customers are expected to communicate in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED staff, whether through email, support tickets, live chat, or any other communication channel. Customers must refrain from using offensive language, hostile remarks, emotional outbursts, or any form of written or verbal harassment. Deliberate attempts to intimidate, insult, or undermine ILHAMServers Limited employees will be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Unacceptable conduct also includes any verbal, written, or second-hand threats directed at ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED, its employees, partners, equipment, or business operations. Any such threats, regardless of medium or intent, will be treated as a serious breach of this agreement. ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes inappropriate or abusive behavior. Accounts suspended for violating this policy may be terminated without refund, and ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED is under no obligation to reinstate services or reimburse affected users.
ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED strictly prohibits the sending of spam from any VPS, dedicated server, or any service we provide. Upon receiving a spam complaint or any evidence of abuse, ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED will determine, at its sole discretion, whether the messages sent from a customer’s service constitute spam. Spamming includes, but is not limited to, sending unsolicited bulk messages or unsolicited emails that generate complaints, distributing junk mail, using mailing lists containing recipients who have not provided explicit consent, posting commercial advertisements to platforms or newsgroups that prohibit them, posting binary data to non-binary newsgroups, repeatedly posting off-topic or excessive content, engaging in cross-posting abuse, or using email to harass others with threatening, obscene, libelous, or offensive material. Sending age-inappropriate content to individuals under 18 is also strictly forbidden. All such behavior is considered unethical and constitutes a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions. ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED does not permit high-volume email sending, mass-mailing, newsletter distribution, or bulk marketing of any kind on VPS or dedicated servers. These services are not designed for email marketing, and no upgrade or exception is available under any circumstance. Any account found engaging in spamming or abusive email activity will be immediately suspended or terminated without warning, and no reinstatement or continuation of service will be offered.
ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations when such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances may include acts of governmental authorities, war, rebellion, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, natural disasters, labor strikes or disturbances, transportation interruptions, failures or delays in telecommunications or third-party services (including DNS propagation issues), failures of third-party hardware or software, or the inability to obtain essential materials, supplies, equipment, or power required to provide the Services. During such events, ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED’s obligations shall be suspended without penalty until the disruptive conditions have ended or been reasonably resolved.
This Agreement represents the complete and final understanding between the parties and may only be amended or modified through a written document signed by the party against whom the change is to be enforced.
Copyrighted material must not be uploaded to or stored on any ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED account without the express permission of the copyright owner or a person specifically authorized by the copyright owner. Only the copyright owner or an authorized representative may upload copyrighted content to ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED services.
If ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED receives a valid notice alleging copyright infringement that contains the information required by applicable law, we will investigate and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED assumes no liability to any Customer for the removal or disabling of access to such material when done in good faith to comply with applicable laws or to mitigate potential infringement.

All services must be paid in advance according to the billing cycle selected. Failure to pay on time may lead to automatic suspension or removal of your service. Payment gateways may require additional verification such as 3DS or PSD2 depending on your region. Chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or payment disputes will result in immediate suspension and permanent banning of your account.
Refunds are available only for services that explicitly state refund eligibility on the product page. If a service or promotion states “NO REFUND,” then no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Refunds are not provided for misuse, violation of terms, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, or service termination due to illegal activity. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED.
ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED may modify server specifications, pricing, features, or limitations at any time. When possible, customers will be notified in advance of major changes. However, immediate changes may occur in cases involving datacenter requirements, security risks, system optimization, or compliance with new regulations.
Your account may be suspended or terminated if you fail to comply with these terms, ignore warnings, misuse resources, host prohibited content, disrupt server operations, or engage in fraud or illegal activities. Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds. We also reserve the right to deny service at our discretion in extreme circumstances.
We collect only essential information required to operate and manage your account, such as your name, email, payment information, and server logs. Your data is protected in compliance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws. We do not sell customer information to third parties. Data may be shared only with payment processors, datacenter partners, or legal authorities when required for security, billing, or law enforcement purposes.
ILHAM SERVERS LIMITED is not liable for financial loss, profit loss, data loss, downtime, or damages caused by issues such as hardware failure, network outages, software errors, user mistakes, security breaches, or external attacks. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the service during the current billing period.
We provide customer support through email, ticket systems, and occasionally live chat depending on availability. Support is limited to server-related issues.
